Collection: Colour Theory

Co-Adorn Art Jewellery presents its sixth annual members’ exhibition for 2022. 

The theme and title for the exhibit is Colour Theory. Co-Adorn asked its members to explore Colour Theory and the multitude of definitions it encompasses. This exhibition poses the question to Canadian artists: What does colour theory mean to you? What role does colour theory play in your work?

Pendants are the jewellery form of choice but this year there is a twist… all participants have used the same natural cotton cord to hang their pendant.

Established in 2017, Co-Adorn Art Jewellery has grown to be a thriving, innovative, membership-based network of Canadian jewellery artists working to build community through social events, workshops, and exhibition opportunities.

​Co-Adorn’s singular mission is to create opportunities that support and encourage art jewellery practitioners in Canada. As a non-juried group, gallerists, collectors, artists and anyone interested in art jewellery are invited to join and contribute to cultivating a diverse and engaged community.
